Caterings, Events and Corporate Services

  • All bookings require a non-refundable Hold the Date deposit of 25% to secure services for your desired date if the event is more than 4 weeks in advance.  This deposit is required as we block out the event date as well as sufficient prep days prior to ensure quality service.  

  • Events less than 4 weeks in advance require payment in full at time of booking ​

  • The remaining balance for service must be paid no later than 10 days in advance of the event in order to ensure sufficient time for the placement of vendor orders.  There are no refunds for events canceled 10 days or less from the date as vendor orders are placed and dates are held for service.  If the balance is not paid within the allotted time frame, the event is considered canceled. 

  • If your event is canceled within the allotted time frame, you will receive a refund of paid monies minus the non-refundable 25% deposit via company business check or electronic transfer within 14 days.  Requests for cancellation of events must be submitted in writing via email.

residential private dinners, baked goods, Culinary Classes

  • Residential private dinners, baked goods, and other food and beverage-related products and services must be paid for in full in advance.

Increase in food and shipping costs

  • Due to the ongoing supply chain issues and driver shortages occurring across the country, clients may observe an increase in food and shipping/delivery costs.

SALES TAX RATES

  • All services include Washington, d.c. sales tax rate of 6.00%
